What does Pheno-Ranker-UI do?

Pheno-ranker-ui is a web-interface for the CPAN's module Pheno::Ranker which is a tool designed for performing semantic similarity analysis on phenotypic data structured in JSON format, such as Beacon v2 Models or Phenopackets v2.

Installation¶

I have troubles to self-host Pheno-Ranker-UI

We feel you. It can be indeed quite daunting sometimes to make an application working which comprises of multiple microservices. Make sure that you were following the instructions carefully. If you still have troubles, please open an issue and we will try to help you.
