Step 1: Request access

3TR specific section

Only 3TR partners can request access to the OmicsDM data warehouse solution.

Write an email to CNAG's 3TR helpdesk providing the following information:

• institution
• email
• first name
• last name

Email address

Only company/institutional email addresses are accepted.

Step 2: Receive welcome email

Help I did not receive the welcome email

• Please check your spam folder
• Add the helpdesk email address to your safe senders list

After the request, you will receive a welcome email with a 48-hour valid link prompting you to:

• Set your password
• Accept the code of conduct
• Configure 2-factor authentication

Suggested 2-factor authentication app: FreeOTP

Step 3: Log in

1. Navigate to: 3tr.gpap.cnag.eu/portal
2. Click on "LOGIN" (top right)
3. Fill in your credentials (The username is usually: <firstNameFirstLetter><lastName>)
4. Click on "Log In"
5. Open the 2-factor authentication app (on your mobile phone), press on the entry for 3TR (a 6-digit code will appear)
6. Back in the browser, fill in the 6-digit code and click on "Log In"
